You are welcome to pay deposit and advance payment in one payment 3 months prior to avoid extra bank charges and have less admin.

Booking Changes

If you wish to change any bookings made on the original booking or transfer to another trip you must advise Nireka Adventures by emails as soon as possible because changes/transfers might incur fees depending on circumstances of each specific event.

Fitness and health requirement

We recommend all participants take regular exercise before their trip. For trekking trips and expedition, we require that you undergo a medical examination with your doctors to ascertain adequate medical and physical fitness for the selected trekking and expedition. If you suffer from severe heart, chest, muscular or respiratory disorders, severe asthmatic or have high blood pressure, we strongly advise against joining a trekking. We will specify our response to Covid-19 separately as we learn more about how it will affect our industry.

Travel Insurance

You must have insurance which will cover you for rescue and repatriation when joining a High Places holiday. The best time to take it out is at the time of finalising your flights as it is normally calculated according to the number of days away from home. Please check with us before paying for your flights as occasionally trips are cancelled or dates are different to those published.

Modification of Itinerary and Trekking Route

It may be necessary due to weather, local transport or various other reasons to make changes to your itinerary/route. Nireka Adventures reserves the right to do so at the discretion of the group leader. No refunds will be considered on the basis of itinerary/route changes.

Postponement or Delay

We do not take any responsibility for any flight delays or schedule changes at any stage throughout the trip.
