Overview
Annapurna Circuit Trekking starts on the north eastern slopes of the Annapurna region. Annapurna circuit was once the classic trekking in the Annapurna region. Due to recent ongoing road construction on the other part of Annapurna Circuit trail has made us redesign the trekking route.
The trail takes you through a typical hill country inhabited by Gurungs and Chettris. Around the Annapurna Circuit T rekking is one of the finest trekking in the Himalaya. The sheer diversity of mountains, the exhilaration of Crossing a high mountain pass, and the unsurpassed views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu Ranges are the essentials of this outstanding trekking. Thurong La pass (5,416 m.) is hard and thrilling but it rewards you with some magnificent views of the Himalayas. We will end this trip with a visit to Muktinath which is an important and holy site for both Hindus and Buddhists.
In short, we can sum this trail up as a classical one since it provides all the delights which Annapurna has to offer – the different cultures of the different tribes residing in this area, fantastic landscape, great mountain views and last but not the least the exhilarating experience of crossing the 5,416m high Thorung La Pass.
